Brave Change Works LLC is a mediation and consulting firm that addresses the pain points and impacts—both intended and unintended—of conflicts and organizational change.

We help you respond better to conflicts and more purposefully to change in your organization.

We offer:

• Facilitation of difficult and important conversations. We help bring to the surface what needs to be discussed. 

• Full-day mediations in which relevant and crucial people are invited. When the time comes to design solutions, you're at the center, and we will help you craft a verbal or written agreement that honors the interests of all involved.

• Private coaching for those times when one-on-one work is best. With this option, you get to be yourself, rehearse what you  might say to others, and try out new behaviors with supportive feedback from our team.
