About Me

I was a child of civil war and an escapee from a government that sought to exert control over divergent voices.  I went on to work in journalism, international service, civil rights, human resources, and consulting. I created Brave Change Works as a service  — to help clients find their voice, to express it freely, and to do so in ways where compassion, dignity, and human potential prevail.

I started Brave Change Works LLC in 2018 to focus on workplace life, to ease the impacts of conflicts on employees, and facilitate greater participation in organizational change efforts. 

For clients, an entry point may be for me to help them understand conflicts and how they respond. I then help them work constructively with those they have conflicts with so that the work continues. If there is a work relationship, hopefully that relationship continues as well.

I offer private coaching, facilitation, and structured mediation where I act as a third-party mediator. Most intriguing to me is consulting on issues where conflict, organizational change, and culture collide. All these are service areas where I've invested deeply.
